Our beef operation consists of 55 Holstein steers which are sold under our Lilley Farms Natural Holstein Beef label. Our Natural Beef are raised using locally grown feed and without the use of anti-biotics or growth hormones. Our beef is fed a specially formulated diet which gives our product a lean, tender texture and flavorful taste. Check the website below for more details.

A view of our farm from “the hill” taken in July of 2009 . To the left is our milking cow facility, which also houses our dry cows and pregnant heifers. In the middle of the photo are our grain bins and processing facility and the original Lilley Farms homestead. The taller red building to the right is the original barn/milking facility, it is now used for hay and equipment storage. The red colored building to the far right is our shop facility.
